You’ll partner with hiring managers, connect with candidates, and help bring amazing talent into the business. No two days are the same — you’ll be juggling roles, talent mapping, building talent pipelines with a genuine focus on creating a great experience for everyone you interact with.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
Partner with Leaders to understand the roles and the business so you can attract the best talent
Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent
Map the market so you can build talent pipelines for current and future roles
Be a subject matter expert on the talent market and offer ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range talent landscape
Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every touchpoint
Present market insights and relevant data to positively influence Leaders
Ensure the ongoing education of hiring managers and interviewers on current recruitment best practices
About You
Proven experience in end to end recruitment or talent acquisition, including market mapping and developing insights
Experience in both Corporate Internal and Agency recruitment, predominantly in White Collar recruitment
Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
A flexible approach, understanding that recruitment doesn’t always happen strictly between 9 and 5.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using current technology
Ability to take candidate care to another level
Curious, creative and willing to think outside the square
