This is a newly created role for an Ecommerce Specialist to join our growing Ecommerce team. This role is ideal for someone who loves using data, customer insights and digital best practices to improve website performance, customer experience and online sales.
As our Ecommerce Specialist, you'll play a key role in driving growth across Hello Molly's global websites and apps. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve conversion, customer experience, search visibility and overall site performance.
Working closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Product and Technology teams, you'll analyse customer behaviour, uncover insights and help deliver initiatives that improve engagement, conversion and revenue.
