Strata Trust Accountant

The Client:

They are now looking for a Strata Trust Accountant to join their high-performing team. The Role:

• Annual budget preparation facilitating the specific requirements of each strata scheme.
• Financial compliance management of strata schemes, including annual financial statements and audit preparation.
• Taxation management, including BAS, PAYG, and GST compliance.
• Resolution of escalated matters from the director, including accounts payable and receivable,
• payments, bank reconciliations, etc.
• Compliance review of invoices as specified by the internal authority matrix.
• Compilation of the weekly payments process and preparation of the EFT file for approval.

The Candidate:

• Must have trust accounting experience in Strata or Property 
• Punctual and reliable
• Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal
• Must have strong attention to detail
