Bids & Tender Specialist

Opportunity

I am recruiting for a hands-on plus strategic Bids & Tenders Manager to join a leading waste recovery organisation based in Western Sydne. It has significant market presence across Government, commercial & retail property markets.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead end to end corporate proposals, panel tenders and business development pitches.

The role

Craft technical responses covering operational methodologies, fleet logistics, and advanced sustainability/circular economy initiatives.

Partner with Sales, Operations and Finance to build competitive pricing models that protect margins while ensuring high win rates.

Ensure every submission meets strict EPA regulations, WHS metrics, and ISO standards (9001/14001).

About you

• Proven Bids & Tenders experience: owning the process for as well as writing and managing complex bids, RFTS and RFPs
• Industry experience in facilities, logistics, waste, resource recovery or commercial cleaning / property serv ices highly regarded
• Pro-active approach with a can-do attitude
• Open to initially fully office based with potential for transition to hybrid later down the track
