We're looking for a Project Delivery Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract to step into a new role within our team, driving successful delivery of projects across the business. This involves end to end project execution across project management, business analysis, testing, and change management disciplines to deliver fit for purpose solutions that are well designed, tested, and adopted. The role champions collaboration and ensures strategic alignment between business goals and project outcomes.

Your opportunity

The Project Delivery Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving successful delivery of projects across the business. This versatile role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly flex between project management, business analysis, testing, and change management. You will work closely on with the Program Manager on a key Salesforce project that will allow a complete and single view of the customer.

With ownership, you will:

Work to drive project delivery ensuring scope, requirements and solutions are developed, tested and successfully implemented ensuring adoption that has been well planned and sequenced. As this is a multifaceted role, you will need to foster collaboration and be comfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders across different domains and disciplines including technology and operations.

What you'll bring

A versatile and experienced project professional with strong end-to-end delivery capability across project management, business analysis, testing, and change management. You will bring a solid understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid), along with hands-on experience managing scope, timelines, risks, and quality outcomes. With demonstrated strengths in gathering and translating business requirements, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. You will be confident operating across multiple domains and applying structured delivery frameworks.

Equally important will be your interpersonal strengths and mindset. You will be a proactive and collaborative communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, working effectively in complex and fast-changing environments. You will need to be adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. The ability to deal with and drive change, support adoption, and embed outcomes to ensure successful project delivery within a dynamic organisations is a must.

You will also need:

  • Strong experience in delivery projects across multiple domains and disciplines

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid)

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.

  • Proven ability to manage and support change including planning, communication and behaviour change across diverse teams.

  • Demonstrated capability in business analysis and requirements gathering.

  • Experience in coordinating testing activities and managing defects.

  • Familiarity and experience utilising change management principles and tools

  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Demonstrates agility and flexibility.

  • Strong creative problems solving and analytical ability.

  • Works well with ambiguity and complexity

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
