THE ROLE

• Assist in managing Accounts Receivable and customer accounts
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional manner
• Investigate and resolve customer account queries
• Receipt and allocate incoming payments accurately
• Maintain and monitor aged debtor balances
• Support daily banking and reconciliation processes
• Provide general administrative and customer support to the AR team
  

THE PERSON

• Open to junior accounting graduates, AR/collections administrators with accounting background
  
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• Customer service mindset with ability to handle high-volume calls
• Motivated, positive, and eager to learn and develop
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to take direction
• Available to work 5 days in the office in Chatswood
• Full working rights for the duration of the contract
