CCLO Living is a not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting people across the Central Coast since 1996. We provide Supported Independent Living (SIL), Community Participation, and Support Coordination services under the NDIS.

With multiple Supported Accommodation homes and a growing range of community-based supports, our focus is on empowering people with disability to live fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role

CCLO Living is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Payroll Assistant to join our team and support the day-to-day financial and payroll operations of the organisation.

Working closely with our Payroll Officer, you will play an important role in payroll processing, accounts administration, data entry, record keeping, and general finance support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their skills and experience in payroll, finance, and administration within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Payroll Officer with payroll administration and processing activities

  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

  • Maintain accurate employee, payroll, and financial records

  • Perform data entry and general administrative tasks

  • Assist with reporting and documentation requirements

  • Support compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and legislative requirements

  • Work collaboratively with the Finance and Human Resources teams

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Certificate III in Accounts Administration or Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping (or equivalent)

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • A willingness to learn and develop within payroll and accounts administration

  • Previous experience in payroll, finance, or administration will be highly regarded
