About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves handling accounts payable, data entry, invoice processing, and transaction recording. The successful candidate will bring a high degree of accuracy, is well organised, and possess strong attention to detail to the role.
Key Responsibilities
Process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Prepare supplier payment runs
Reconcile supplier monthly statements
Respond to supplier enquiries
Perform general accounts and administrative duties
Undertake other tasks as required to support the finance team
Skills, Experience & Attributes
The successful applicant will ideally have experience in accounts payable functions within a high-volume environment, along with :
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
Reliable and punctual work habits
High level of accuracy with strong data entry skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with MYOB (highly desirable)
Experience with TRAILD (desirable)
Basic accounting knowledge, including invoice coding (an advantage)
About You
You enjoy working with numbers, take pride in accuracy, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You work well both independently and as part of a team.

Current Australian work rights, and
Undergo and successfully complete a 6-month probationary period
