Full Time

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 + Super + Performance Bonus

LION EDUCATION PTY LTD was established in 2019 and is committed to providing high-quality, authentic early childhood education at an affordable cost. We currently operate three centres across Sydney and are continuing to expand into additional locations.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and support the continued growth of our business into a larger network of centres.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies to strengthen the company’s market presence and customer loyalty

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels

• Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials aligned with the organisation’s vision and values

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, increasing followers and engagement

• Work closely with the sales team to support public relations initiatives and secure local media exposure

Selection Criteria

• Proven ability to build strong relationships, with excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English and Chinese (additional language skills will be highly regarded)

• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in marketing or a similar role

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer enquiries and engagement

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• High attention to detail

• Background in early childhood education will be highly regarded
