Techpay Australia is a rapidly growing business technology provider, specialising in the supply of phone systems, printers, and related services on finance to customers across Australia. Established just over four years ago, our company is scaling rapidly, and we are looking to welcome an experienced and proactive Administration Officer to join our team.

You will be joining an established and supportive Administration Team of 6 staff, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service as we continue our national expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and installation of new deals for clients

  • Accurately set up customer accounts and contractual information in our internal systems

  • Experience with CRM systems is essential for effective customer account management

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client service enquiries

  • Business-to-business service experience required for handling complex client enquiries

  • Support internal staff with updates or progressions on customer accounts

  • Ensure all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, with a strong focus on organisation and professionalism

  • Contribute to smooth and timely service delivery through structured and reliable admin processes

Key Attributes We're Looking For:

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy

  • A friendly, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar administration role, ideally within the business technology or managed services sector.

  • Australian work rights required for this position
