The company:
A leading national building services company, providing an integrated range of technical services for all systems in commercial buildings.

The role:
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support services to aid the delivery of projects to clients.

Duties included but are not limited to:

  • Providing administration support to the State Manager, project managers and wider team
  • Preparation of documents, presentations, submissions and management reports
  • Assist with Inductions for new employees 
  • Attending meetings as required, including minute-taking and distribution
  • Liaising with accounts to manage invoicing and financial forecasting
  • Managing communications via email and phone
  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Adhoc administration duties as required
The person :
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in administration is essential (Executive Assistant experience highly regarded)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and previous experience with an ERP/CRM system is highly regarded. Training will be provided on Great Plains, Dynamics CRM and SharePoint applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and high attention to detail skills
