Sales Support Coordinator

We are a leading workplace solutions business located in short walking distance from Sydney CBD that is seeking a motivated and organised Sales Support Coordinator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clientele, supporting sales teams, and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery. You'll play a key role in supporting clients, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and providing exceptional customer service within a modern showroom environment.

• Supporting the sales team with quotations, proposals and customer enquiries

• Assisting clients visiting the showroom

• Preparing sales documentation and processing orders

• Liaising with customers regarding product information, lead times and deliveries

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure projects progress smoothly

• Maintaining accurate customer and project records

• Following up quotations and customer enquiries

• Assisting with showroom presentation and administration

• Providing outstanding customer service throughout the sales process

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration or internal sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• Confidence working with customers both face-to-face and over the phone

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• A professional presentation and positive attitude

• Experience within furniture, interiors, construction, design or project-based industries will be highly regarded
