The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Internal Sales Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Internal Sales function, combining operational execution with team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage customer quotations and sales orders in ERP systems

• Liaise with factories and suppliers on pricing, lead times, and technical queries

• Manage customer communication across the order lifecycle

• Handle escalations and support team members

• Coordinate workflow and manage sales inbox

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and process adherence

• Monitor backlog and performance metrics

About You:

• Experience in internal sales or order processing

• Mechanical or technical knowledge preferred

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Customer-focused with problem-solving ability

• Leadership capability
