FULL TIMESalary: $75000 - $80000

Firmly establishing ourselves as market leaders, and in line with our continued growth, we are now seeking a Contract Administrator.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive and professional company that continues to grow. 
You will be involved in the Pre-planning, Planning, Subcontractors, Reporting, AP/AR and Document Control.
About the Role:
The successful Contract Administrator will be required to work closely with the Project Management and project delivery team to ensure successful delivery of  projects. The CA will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills and will be required to interact with clients and suppliers.
Your responsibilities will mirror your previous experience in the following key areas:
  • Responsible for subcontract packages, procurement schedulesMonitor and prepare variations and progress claims.
  • Take subcontracts through negotiation stage to finalization.
  • Overseeing all project costs.
  • Procurement of supplies and materials as required.
  • Prepare subcontractor documents and manage subcontractor packages and payments.
  • Liaison with clients, banks and sub-contractors during construction.
  • Manage all purchase orders.
  • Commercial reporting and reviewing.
  • Reporting to Senior Management.
To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a CA role.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skillsExcellent managerial and organisational skills
  • Experience dealing with a range of professionals from Project Managers to Draughtsman.
  • Highly organised with good time management skillsDrivers license essential
