We're looking for that person!
As our Office Manager, you'll be at the centre of the action, ensuring our offices run smoothly while providing essential support to our Leadership Team. From coordinating travel and events to keeping our workplace operating at its best, you'll play a key role in creating an environment where our people can thrive.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety, enjoys building relationships, and takes genuine pride in making things happen.
What You'll Be Doing
Running the Office
Acting as the go-to contact for all office operations.
Managing workplace resources.
Facilities maintenance coordination.
Supporting new team members through onboarding activities.
Meeting and event management.
Site & systems administration.
Continuously looking for ways to improve processes and workplace experience.
Supporting Our Leaders
Keeping calendars organised and priorities on track.
Administrative meeting support.
Supporting leaderships account and finance responsibilities.
Coordinating internal, customer and company events.
Providing administrative support across the wider leadership team.
Jumping into projects and business initiatives wherever needed.
About You
You're organised without being rigid, proactive without being pushy, and capable of juggling multiple priorities while keeping a smile on your face.
You'll also bring:
Experience in office management, administration and leadership support.
Qualification in business or administration is desirable.
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work across all levels of the business.
A proactive mindset and a natural ability to solve problems.
High attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong Microsoft Office capability.
The ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
A genuine passion for creating a positive and productive workplace.
