Gamestars Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Manager to coordinate and oversee the administrative and operational functions of our growing vending machine and eCommerce business. The position is responsible for supporting daily business activities, coordinating staff and resources, maintaining office systems, and assisting management in achieving operational objectives across multiple business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and office support activities to ensure efficient business operations.

• Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance regarding workflow priorities, reporting requirements, and operational tasks.

• Coordinate employee administration including onboarding documentation, personnel records, scheduling, and payroll support activities.

• Assist with recruitment processes including vacancy advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, and employee induction.

• Maintain communication with suppliers, shopping centres, contractors, service providers, and other business stakeholders.

• Monitor inventory records, purchasing activities, supplier orders, and stock replenishment requirements.

• Prepare business correspondence, reports, contracts, operational records, and management documentation.

• Investigate operational issues and coordinate appropriate follow up actions to support business continuity.

• Develop and maintain office procedures, filing systems, operational records, and administrative processes.

• Coordinate procurement requirements and support purchasing activities for local and international suppliers.

• Assist management with business planning, operational projects, expansion initiatives, and process improvement activities.

• Monitor workplace practices and administrative activities to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

• Review business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

• Support the implementation of new systems, procedures, and operational initiatives across the organisation.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in office administration, business operations, or office management.

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience supervising staff and coordinating multiple business activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, inventory systems, and business management software.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
