We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to keep our head office running smoothly while playing a key role in delivering high-impact business events.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Office Operations

  • Manage the day-to-day running of our Miranda office

  • Coordinate office supplies, systems, and service providers

  • Support the leadership team with operational and admin needs

  • Maintain organised processes, systems, and a professional workspace

  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors

Event Coordination

  • Support the delivery of major events, including conferences and training sessions

  • Coordinate venues, catering, suppliers, and logistics

  • Prepare run sheets, schedules, and event documentation

  • Assist with event communications and registrations

  • Provide onsite support (setup, troubleshooting, pack-down)

What You’ll Bring

Essential

  • Experience in office management, administration, or event coordination

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative

Nice to Have

  • Experience coordinating events or conferences

  • Familiarity with platforms like Eventbrite

  • Background in events, hospitality, or professional services
