Office Administrator - Position vacant
A small diverse company seeks a competent and experienced person to manage key administration systems underpinning a company of +30 employees. The role can be summarised as one that provides a central point of contact for company personnel to access company records integral to the day to day operation of the business, as well as maintaining the integrity of the digital library.
· Customer data base management
· Record keeping, employee records, company records, systems records, workers compensation records
· Maintain the digital library
· Payroll system support to the company accountants
· Accounts payable management support to the company accountants.
· Calendar Reminders system operation
