About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our head office team at Carlisle Health on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on keeping things running on an ongoing basis, and is confident in supporting multiple teams across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s experienced in admin or coordination roles and enjoys being the “go-to” person who brings order, clarity, and organisation.
In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for our core business functions. This will include but is not limited to:
Updating content on our company platforms.
Supporting document control and maintaining version accuracy.
Taking meeting minutes and monitoring action items.
Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Providing general administrative support as needed.
Background and experience
Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Proven experience in administration, team support, or project coordination.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Word, Excel, and Teams).
Experience working with shared platforms such as SharePoint or similar.
Great organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
