Our Client is a well established and progressive Technology Co. offering a state-of-the-art platform which is changing the landscape of their clients across the banking and legal sectors. This position is the perfect opportunity to join their team in a truly varied office support role where you will interact with all levels of staff and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:-

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors
  • Ensure a consistently clean, safe, and fully stocked office environment through proactive daily checks
  • Own and optimise office supplies, inventory, and logistics to ensure the team has everything they need to succeed
  • Facilitate ad hoc workplace requests, including stationery replenishment, office supplies, ergonomic equipment, and other day-to-day office needs.
  • Plan and execute on-site and remote events, taking ownership of space booking, AV setup, guest management, and catering coordination within budget parameters
  • Oversee meeting rooms and bookable spaces, troubleshooting calendar conflicts and ensuring meeting-ready environments
  • Oversee kitchen area duties which are not limited to packing and unpacking of dishwasher, clearing up of kitchen after events and ensuring the general cleanliness of the kitchen.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and building partners for daily services including cleaning, IT support, security and catering
  • Act as culture ambassador supporting workplace programs, fostering inclusive spaces, and implementing company traditions
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding including desk setup, equipment provisioning, and memorable office tours
To be successful in this role you will be someone who is passionate about contributing positively to a highly valued company culture and a motivated team player. You will have strong organisational and time management skills and demonstrated initiative with the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across a range of stakeholders is essential.

Note that this opportunity is open to students and/or juniors looking to kick-start their career as well as those with 1-2 years previous office experience.  The role is part time - 22.5 hours per week - which can be worked either as three full days or shorter hours over five days.  There is 2 essential in office days (currently Tuesdays and Thursdays) with work from home flexibility on the third however note that this may increase to three days in office moving forward.

Salary guide is $36,000 - $42,000 + Super (i.e. $60,000 - $70,000 + Super full time equivilant). Staff benefits include full platinum gym membership, flexible working arrangements, regular team building and social activities and more!
