About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, has excellent attention to detail and is looking for flexible part-time work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate data entry into company systems and spreadsheets

  • Updating client and project information

  • Assisting with tender and service administration

  • Preparing reports and maintaining records

  • Filing, scanning and document management

  • Assisting with invoicing and purchase order administration

  • General office administration and support to the Service Managers and Management Team

  • Responding to emails and handling ad-hoc administrative tasks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous administration and data entry experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel and Outlook)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

  • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
