About the RoleThis entry‑level Media Analyst role focuses on analysing marketing performance across a portfolio of blue‑chip clients, supported by an experienced and market‑leading analytics team.
You don’t need prior coding experience; just curiosity, strong problem‑solving skills, and a passion for data. We offer a dedicated training program to build your technical and analytical capabilities from day one.
You’ll own your work, collaborate closely with clients and planners, and contribute insights that drive predictions, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyse the performance and impact of marketing activity on clients’ businesses
Apply statistical analysis and modelling to forecast trends and opportunities
Create and manage data visualisations using leading platforms
Support planning and strategy teams with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with the wider analytics team to respond to client briefs and challenges
Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, DoubleClick, Facebook, and Adobe Suite
A passion for media, advertising, and data
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Confident communication and presentation skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Advanced Excel skills
A university degree (background in science, statistics, or economics encouraged)
Experience with ETL or data visualisation tools is a plus
