Service Advisor Toyota

Stewart Automotive Group are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Toyota Dealership in Rockdale.

In this role your day will be busy and filled with variety.  You will be responsible for taking customer enquiries and service bookings, determining the customer's needs and liaising with the workshop in order to deliver the vehicle on time, liaising with the customer's on the progress and repair requirements of their vehicle in line with Toyota standards.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a customer facing role, ideally from an automotive or retail environment and will have a passion for the automotive industry.  You will be customer focused, organised, motivated and have the ability to work with the public and technicians in a courteous and professional manner.
