About the role
We’re looking for a forward thinking, commercially savvy Compliance Manager to join Resimac’s Legal & Compliance team during an exciting period of transformation. With a refreshed CEO, new executive leadership, and a strategy focused on strengthening governance and elevating risk maturity across the organisation, this is a genuinely impactful role where you’ll help build the foundations that shape Resimac’s next era of growth. This is an opportunity to contribute to a long-standing business with an established track record.
As a compliance specialist, you’ll work across the business as a trusted partner, supporting lending, servicing and corporate teams with practical advice, hands on guidance, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges. You’ll lead key strategic compliance uplift projects, including a full refresh of Resimac’s Compliance Monitoring Framework and the rollout of a new GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) system that will transform how compliance is embedded across the organisation.
You’ll also play a central role in uplifting compliance culture refreshing policies, simplifying processes, building awareness, and helping shape strong risk governance foundations as the business continues to grow. With access to all business functions, including senior leadership and the CEO, this role is both influential and highly visible.
What you’ll lead
You’ll be based in our Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, alongside a collaborative and supportive culture.
