Financial Controller

The opportunity provides for significant growth and development working directly with an experienced CFO and wider leadership team.

The role plays a significant part in driving process improvement, financial governance and promoting efficient work processes.

The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities being:

• Financial reporting

• Annual Budgeting

• Lead annual financial audit

• Managing statutory reporting and compliance

• Financial modelling

• Participation in commercial proposals and contractual matters.

• Participation in financial assessment of M&A opportunities.

• Oversee core finance operations including book keeping, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, bank reconciliations and month end close.

Requirements:

• CA / CPA qualified

• 5 + years experience working in dynamic, high growth SME environment

• Minimum 3+ years experience with Xero systems required

• Renewable energy experience an advantage

• Strong financial modelling and planning skills

• Advanced Excel and system skills preferable in Pronto and Xero

• Prepared to work in the office 5 days a week
