JOB DETAILS:

JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with the IT team and key stakeholders in the implementation of Tech One, playing a pivotal role in supporting organisational change, workforce readiness, and the successful delivery of a major business transformation project.
You will provide advisory and consultancy service to TechOne Project team to support service delivery and achievement of strategic objectives through its people. This role will develop an understanding of business and people priorities and proactively build and maintain relationships.
Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to leaders and stakeholders by providing expert guidance, coaching, and solutions across a broad range of people and culture matters. Support informed decision-making and organisational outcomes through advice on workplace relations, workforce planning, organisational design, change management, performance and development, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
A key part of the role is building capability and credibility for change management as a discipline and embedding its value across the organisation.
