Retail Project Manager - Client Side

Help shape a fast-growing, family-owned retail brand as they roll out new stores and refresh an established network. You'll own a varied portfolio across Sydney and NSW, work closely with development, and be backed by a tight-knit, values-driven team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Construction, you'll drive day-to-day delivery across a rolling project pipeline, partnering with franchisees, consultants, and contractors. If you enjoy improving process, lifting standards, and keeping momentum, you'll thrive here. Prior drive-thru exposure is a plus (not a must).
 
You'll bring

• 2-5+ years' project delivery experience (retail, developer, or consultancy background ideal)
• Tertiary qualifications in construction (highly regarded)
• Confidence lodging DAs and navigating local planning with architects and consultants (with support)
• Proven end-to-end PM capability, including work in live operating environments
• No people management required, just strong ownership and follow-through

• Clear goals, collaborative mindset, and genuine alignment to culture & values
• Sharp communicator with high EQ and stakeholder savvy
• Commercially minded: proactive in identifying value and managing budgets
• Disciplined approach to OH&S, reporting, program, and strategy
• Detail-driven, autonomous, and organised and comfortable juggling utilities, DAs, design teams, and external consultants

A salary of $130,000-$150,000 + super (commensurate with experience), immediate start, and genuine long-term growth in a business that attracts and retains great people.
