Treasury Officer

Reporting to the Head of Treasury, this role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across cash management, funding, debt facilities, financial markets, and treasury operations within a large corporate environment. You'll work alongside experienced treasury professionals, receive structured training, and gain exposure to projects that directly impact the business.

Support the Treasury team across a range of operational and strategic treasury activities, including:

• Managing daily bank account balances to ensure sufficient cash is available for payments
• Assisting with the preparation and monitoring of cash flow forecasts
• Preparing funding drawdown notices and maintaining debt facility records
• Supporting treasury projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives
• Liaising with internal stakeholders across Accounts Payable, Tax, Operations, and Senior Management
• Assisting with treasury reporting and treasury-related administrative activities
• Gaining exposure to debt management, banking relationships, interest rate swaps, bond issurance, and financial markets

You're an ambitious finance professional looking to build a long-term career in treasury and financial markets.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years' experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills, including modelling capability
• A genuine interest in financial markets, banking, economics, and interest rate movements
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Treasury experience or CFA studies commenced will be highly regarded but are not essential
