Banking Officer

The OpportunityWe are partnering with a well-established business seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate cash management and reporting
• Manage cash, EFTPOS, and banking clearing processes across multiple locations
• Support retail banking operations, including store deposits and cash controls
• Coordinate and oversee store banking activities to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Assist with month-end close activities, reconciliations, and reporting requirements
• Partner with retail stakeholders to resolve banking queries and improve processes
• Facilitate banking setup and onboarding for new store openings and acquisitions

About You

• 1-3 year's experience in a similar role
• Retail industry background preferred
• SAP experience
• Available to start immediately or at short notice
