The Opportunity

As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will help transition a book of clients from a recently acquired business, and facilitate revenue growth through business development, organic referrals, and channel relationships. The clients are predominantly business owners, high-earning professionals, and other HNW individuals.

Working alongside the team of high-performing Advisers are also a team of office managers, client services staff, and outsourced paraplanning support.
Flexibility is valued within this firm, as performance is measured through output, growth, and quality of relationships.

This is an excellent move for an ambitious, experienced Adviser looking to utilise their full commercial acumen and business development drive.

Key Responsibilities

• Inherit and transition a slice of recently-acquired clients
• Drive Business Development through several commercial channels
• Contribute to ambitious revenue growth targets
• Build long-term relationships and deliver high-quality advice
• Assess strategies, review goals, adjust investment approaches
• Maintain excellent compliance and documentation standards
• Identify growth opportunities within the client base

About You

• FASEA-Approved Financial Adviser with 5+ years of experience
• Highly experienced with complex structures, investments, and HNW-specific advice
• Equally passionate about client outcomes
• Relationship-driven and commercially-minded
• Experience in successful, sustained revenue growth
• Comfort with a HNW-focused client book
• Ability to work independently and alongside a motivated, high-performing team
