Corporate Front of House & Hospitality Assistant

Tuesday–Thursday | Casual Position | Day Shifts Only

Club United Business (CUB) is Australia's premier private members club for business owners and entrepreneurs. Our clubhouse provides a sophisticated environment where members connect, collaborate and grow, supported by exceptional service and hospitality.

We're looking for an experienced and professional Front of House & Hospitality Assistant to join our team three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

This is a daytime-only position with operating hours between 9am and 6:00pm.

As a key part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless 5-star experience to our members and guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality tea and coffee throughout the day

• Managing boardroom setups, changeovers and presentation standards

• Ensuring all member and guest interactions reflect CUB's premium service standards

• Providing professional bar service, including wine, beer and cocktails

• Maintaining the presentation, cleanliness and readiness of all hospitality areas

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in hospitality, corporate hospitality, private clubs, hotels or premium venues

• Is confident preparing tea, coffee, cocktails and serving alcoholic beverages

• Holds a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

• Presents professionally and communicates confidently

• Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in delivering outstanding service

• Is proactive, reliable and able to anticipate member needs

• Enjoys working in a professional business environment

• Consistent daytime shifts with no late nights
