What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR generalist role within an operational environment
  • Strong capability in managing complex ER/IR matters and investigations
  • Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgement and maintain objectivity in sensitive situations
  • Ability to work through ambiguity, manage competing accounts, and remain disciplined in fact-based decision making
  • Solid understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and WHS requirements
  • Experience supporting both blue- and white-collar workforces
  • Confidence to influence, challenge, and coach leaders at different levels of the business
  • Comfortable working in a small team environment, taking ownership and operating autonomously
  • Experience working across multiple sites or geographically dispersed teams (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence using HR systems and data to inform decision making

What This Role Offers

  • A genuine business partnering role with exposure across operations
  • Opportunity to work closely with senior leaders on complex and meaningful matters
