Group Financial Reporting Manager

We are partnering with a leading, high-growth organisation to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager into a pivotal role within the finance function.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position will take ownership of the Group's external and internal financial reporting obligations across a complex, multi-entity environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial information, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving best practice reporting processes as the business continues to scale.

The Role

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process across multiple entities and business units
• Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements and management reports
• Own the Group's statutory reporting requirements, including year-end financial statements and compliance obligations
• Partner with external auditors and manage the annual audit process from planning through to completion
• Provide technical accounting guidance across the business, including interpretation and application of accounting standards
• Support the preparation of board, executive and investor reporting packs
• Drive improvements in financial reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks
• Work closely with divisional finance teams to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance across the Group
• Contribute to acquisition accounting, business integrations and other corporate transactions as required
• Support the implementation and optimisation of finance systems and reporting tools

About You

• CA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 or leading Chartered firm
• 6-10 years' experience across external reporting, group reporting, financial reporting or audit
• Strong understanding of Australian Accounting Standards and statutory reporting requirements
• Experience managing consolidations within a multi-entity environment
• Exposure to complex corporate structures, acquisitions or listed environments will be highly regarded
• Advanced Excel skills and strong systems capability
• Strong attention to detail, coupled with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders
