Store Manager

We are an international surf lifestyle retail brand inspired by a globally recognised character franchise, with stores across Hawaii and Japan. We are excited to be opening our first Australian store in Manly, NSW.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our new Manly store.

Position: Store Manager (Full-Time, 38 hours per week)
Location: Manly, NSW 2095
Salary: $80,000 per annum + Superannuation

• Oversee day-to-day store operations
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, and development
• Drive sales and implement promotional activities
• Monitor sales results and report to management
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory
• Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
• Liaise with our head office in Tokyo and stores in Hawaii

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or team leadership roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage staff and store operations effectively
• Japanese language skills are highly regarded

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
