You will be joining a busy Operations Team who supporting their clients with inbound enquiries and adminsitration. Full training will be provided in this fast-paced role and this is the team where top performers are recognised and promoted quickly....!

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Assisting clients via phone and email to resolve queries efficiently (note this is a high volume inbound environment)
  • Processing and managing electronic document orders in line with performance KPIs
  • Liaising with clients and external organisations as required
    Proactively providing updates to clients via phone & email where required
  • Assisting clients with basic troubleshooting in the use of the platform, documenting detailed issue information for escalation when necessary
    Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
  • Contributing to Operations workflows to ensure operational efficiency across all service queues
  • Collaborating with teams to identify, document, and resolve client issues
  • Data entry, updating and maintaining database records
  • Other administrative support and client services tasks as required to support the team
To be considered for this position you will have:
  • Prior experience handling high volumes of inbound calls (call centre, reception or similar)
  • Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
  • Confidence using software programs
  • Excellent spoken English with a confident & friendly phone manner
  • A proactive and a can-do attitude
  • Strong management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise

This is a 12 month fixed contract which offers a strong possibility of a permanent role at the completion of this time. Salary guide is $65,000 + Super and standard hours being Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.  The company offers a flexible hybrid work model - office 3 days (stunning Barangaroo location!) / work from home 2 days per week (full time in office during initial training period).
