About The Opportunity

As the Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to client enquiries in a positive and professional manner
  • Assisting with order entry, quotes and various administrative tasks
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly
  • Handling inbound calls related to products, orders, quotes, tracking, and queries
  • Training customers to access key information from the website
  • Proactively engaging in building loyal customers through a customer-focused culture
  • Managing customer service cases, including lead management, order fulfilment, dispatch, and after-sales support
About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of customer service and administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A positive attitude, empathy, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations

You will also have:

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A team player mindset with a calm demeanour under pressure
  • A high level of professionalism and a dedication to providing top-notch customer service
