About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support the Surgical division by managing customer orders, responding to enquiries and ensuring the timely delivery of critical medical products.

In addition to core customer service responsibilities, you will gain exposure to process improvement, automation and systems initiatives designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders through SAP
  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve delivery, returns and order-related enquiries
  • Liaise with Supply Chain, Logistics and Operations teams
  • Monitor order fulfilment and stock availability
  • Support process improvement and automation initiatives
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business
Skills & Experience
  • Customer Service experience within a product-based environment
  • SAP order processing experience
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Systems-focused mindset
  • Exposure to EDI or automation initiatives advantageous
