About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support the Surgical division by managing customer orders, responding to enquiries and ensuring the timely delivery of critical medical products.
In addition to core customer service responsibilities, you will gain exposure to process improvement, automation and systems initiatives designed to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working with systems, solving problems and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
