Job Description

Reporting to the Major Accounts Service Manager, the position includes the following responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Track Key Account Metrics 
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed 
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Maintain and update information/data in SAP as required 
  • Ensure data integrity of all data entered into SAP

Desired Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • Tertiary qualifications are not essential. Ideally this position will have experience in the Field of Customer Service and in transport in general.
  • A working knowledge of office information systems.
  • Customer Service experience and skills. 
  • Data entry experience.
  • Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work autonomously and with others and foster a good team environment
  • Ability to take on challenges with lateral thinking and implement change
  • Effective time management and task prioritization
  • Good oral and written skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated
  • SAP System experience
