An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Centre Director to lead a well-regarded early learning service in Sydney's Inner West. We are seeking a motivated leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for children, families, and educators while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of centre operations, supporting and developing your team, maintaining strong compliance standards, and building meaningful relationships with families and the local community. This position is ideal for a leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence with people-focused leadership.
About YouDiploma, Bachelor, or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
Proven experience in a Centre Director or leadership position
Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and relevant regulations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Attractive salary package of $135K plus superannuation
Additional 15% sector wage increase
