About us

All Needs Plumbing is a family-run, 24/7 residential maintenance plumbing and drainage company proudly serving the St George and Sutherland Shire communities. We specialise in blocked drains, pipe relining, hot water systems, leak detection, gas repairs and all areas of residential plumbing maintenance.

We're known for reliability, integrity and a genuine commitment to customer care, and we're now looking for a professional, friendly and organised Customer Service Representative to join our operations team in Rockdale.

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for homeowners calling All Needs Plumbing, answering enquiries, booking jobs and making sure every customer has an excellent experience from start to finish.

It's a busy, varied role that combines customer service with booking conversion and follow-up, so it suits someone who communicates clearly and confidently and enjoys hitting targets in a positive team environment.

This is a long-term career opportunity, not just a job. We invest in our people and there's genuine room to grow.

Please note: because we provide a 24/7 service, this role includes one week of on-call duties per roster cycle, paid at an additional on-call rate (details provided at interview).

What you'll be doing
  • Answering inbound calls and emails promptly and professionally

  • Making outbound calls and creating new jobs by following our call scripts

  • Booking and scheduling jobs in our job management system

  • Supporting the team with quote follow-ups and service reminders

  • Communicating clearly with customers, technicians and management

  • Maintaining accurate job notes, forms and records

  • Assisting with payments, invoicing and account follow-ups as required

  • Participating in the on-call roster (one week per cycle)

  • Achieving individual and team KPIs for booking conversions and service quality

  • Providing general administrative and operational support

What we're looking for
  • Trade-services experience (plumbing, electrical or HVAC) essential

  • Previous experience in customer service, scheduling or administration

  • Excellent communication and a confident, professional phone manner

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer-literate and quick to learn new systems

  • A reliable, proactive team player

  • Full Australian work rights

What's on offer
  • $75,000–$90,000 base salary

  • Superannuation on top

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

  • One week on-call roster rotation, with additional on-call pay

  • Company uniform, laptop and technology provided

  • Ongoing training and career development

  • A supportive, family-run workplace with a strong local reputation

  • Regular BBQs, social events and recognition for great work

How to apply

If you're an organised, reliable and customer-focused professional looking to join a supportive, family-run plumbing business, apply via SEEK with your resume and a short cover letter. We'd love to hear from you.
