IMMEDIATE START - We’re looking for people to join our Customer Service Sales Team, located in Caringbah, Sutherland Shire. Multiple vacancies in growing team, working full-time , Monday - Friday.

About the Role

At Night n Day, our Customer Service team plays a vital role in shaping the experience of every person who interacts with our products. As the first point of contact for customers, partners, and community stakeholders, this role is central to delivering the care, professionalism, and responsiveness that define who we are.

Our Customer Service Team support customers from initial enquiry through to order completion and beyond. This position handles enquiries via phone, and email, while accurately processing sales orders and providing high-quality support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, problem‑solving, communicating clearly, & contributing to a positive, customer‑focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide product support to customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to enquiries professionally.

  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, and emails, helping customers find the right solutions for their needs.

  • Identify sales opportunities and actively promote products and services to achieve sales targets and support business growth.

  • Process and follow up on customer enquiries, sales orders, and walk-in customers accurately in a timely manner.

  • Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information, data and ensure all interactions and transactions are documented accurately.

  • Develop positive relationships with customers by providing consistent, reliable service and a customer-focused approach.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Effectively prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service or sales support role, with an understanding of customer service principles and best practices.

  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.

  • Proven experience delivering positive customer experiences and resolving enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Great at building rapport with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders and explaining things clearly - good communication is key.

  • Intermediate computer skills, including experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, email and learning new systems.

  • A proactive team player who is adaptable, with the ability to work in a high demand, customer centric environment.

  • Proven capability to multitask efficiently, with a high attention to detail, and problem solving skills.
