  • Developing business cases for customers
  • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts
Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex deal cycles with high‑value customers
  • Knowledge of and passion for cloud‑based technology
  • Experience running product demonstrations
  • A competitive mindset and cold‑calling skills
  • A coachable, collaborative approach
  • Ability to advocate for clients, passing feedback and feature requests to product teams and facilitating conversations around potential enhancements
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator is a plus
  • A genuine interest in using AI to improve your craft
