Atlaxis Health are excited to announce that we are ready to add another Chiropractic Assistant to the team! Based in Cremorne we are a family orientated, wellness-based practice lead by an award winning chiropractic coach and industry leader, supported by an enthusiastic team of practitioners, within a high-energy, fun-filled and well organised workplace. We seek a new front desk team member who will have a bright and bubbly personality, superior communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They will play an integral role in empowering, educating and inspiring our patients and wider community to greater health; as such they will be hard working, team-orientated, task-focused and will go the extra mile to support our Chiropractic team.

We require the following skills:

·        Excellent listening and communication skills, including polished phone manner 

·        A preference for an organised and highly structured environment 

·         Demonstrated initiative and self-direction

·        Intermediate computer skills

·        Ability to learn and perform tasks quickly and confidently

·        Punctuality, flexibility, and reliability

This is a permanent part time position of 20-30 hours per week comprising half day shifts with a mixture of early starts (7.00am) and/or late finishes (7.30pm) including Saturday mornings. Your chosen base roster will be consistent, however it is imperative that you have additional flexibility to attend team building events, professional development opportunities, team meetings, patient workshops and most importantly, to assist other team members with leave requirements. 

Remuneration is in accordance with experience and fully paid training will be provided in our industry recognised systems and procedures. Your chiropractic care is also included, plus plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.
