About the Opportunity We are partnering with a global leader in premium sports medicine, orthopaedic supports, braces, and compression solutions to find an energetic, customer-focused, and commercially minded individual to join their Sydney team.

About the Role This role is primarily based in Sydney CBD, with approximately 1–2 shifts per week in North Ryde. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales and business growth initiatives.
The position operates on a rotating Monday to Saturday roster, with approximately two weekend shifts per month.
Key Responsibilities - Deliver outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Assist customers with product recommendations, fittings, and solution-based consultations
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-store interactions
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and referral partners
- Support B2B sales initiatives and business development activities
- Assist with retail operations and ensure a premium customer experience
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales and service objectives
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers in person and over the phone
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or sales
- A proactive, positive, and people-focused attitude
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Availability to work a rotating Monday to Saturday roster
Desirable (Not Essential) - Qualifications in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Medicine, Health Sciences, Physiotherapy, or related fields
- Experience in healthcare, sports performance, rehabilitation, or wellness environments
Eligibility Requirements - Applicants must have completed their studies
- Full Australian working rights are required
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is essential
- Student visa holders will not be considered
