The role

We are seeking a new Customer Service Associate on a full-time permanent basis.

This role is an integral part of our business as the interface between our customers and operations, and will provide you with the opportunity to learn & collaborate with multiple teams from Day 1.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing & processing daily flow of customer orders (web, email & phone)

• Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone

• Identifying & servicing customer needs and opportunities

• Building customer relationships

• Assisting with sales analysis, marketing projects and trade events

• Supporting & collaborating with warehouse, production, graphic design and accounts on day-to-day basis

You will work on-site alongside management, with regular support and training to help you succeed.

The role is 5-days per week Monday to Friday. Our warehouse and office are in the same location with ample parking and access to public transport.

Key requirements

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, with a friendly and professional manner

• Effective computer skills, particularly email and inbox management

• Reliable, organised and keen to learn

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is valued, but not essential

• Additional IT skills are valued, but not essential
