We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, delivering excellent internal service, and supporting continuous improvement across our workplace and manufacturing site.
About the RoleIn this dynamic role, you will act as a key point of contact for internal teams, coordinating service requests, supporting operational processes, and helping drive improvements in workplace efficiency and employee experience. You’ll work closely with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership to ensure operations run seamlessly.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive, professional support to internal teams on operational, facilities, and office-related matters
Act as the central coordinator for internal service requests, ensuring timely resolution
Maintain and improve internal processes, procedures, and workflows
Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to enhance productivity and employee experience
Track and manage service requests, facilities issues, and operational metrics
Prepare reports on office operations, costs and service performance
Support workplace improvement projects, system upgrades and automation initiatives
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance internal service delivery
Manage WHS requirements and documentation across operations and the manufacturing site
Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures
Promote a safe working environment and take reasonable care for personal and others’ safety
Report and assist in managing hazards, incidents, and injuries
Experience in customer service or operations support
Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage vendors and internal stakeholders professionally
High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
