With multiple branches across Australia and continued growth across our business, Cash Stop are currently looking for motivated and energetic people to join our team.  

We offer a broad range of products and services such as:  

  • Small & Medium-Term Loans.
  • Cheque Cashing & Foreign Currency Exchange
  • Buying, selling, and loaning on gold jewellery, electronics, and other items of value.

About the Role: 
As a Customer Service Officer (CSO) your role will include:

  • Building rapport with customers from all walks of life.
  • Underwriting loans (secured and unsecured).
  • Resolving any customer queries and enquiries.
  • Retail sales.
  • Valuing, testing, and researching retail items for purchase & sale.
  • General administration & data entry.

We are currently looking for a CSO to work on a fulltime basis at our Ingleburn site.

Typical hours will be 38 hours per week, generally across 5 days with no weekend work. 

About You: 
To be successful in obtaining this position, you will have:  

  • Face-to-face customer service experience & confidence in managing customer expectations.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills, accurate data entry, and attention to detail.
  • Passion to work towards individual and branch KPIs.
  • Ability to problem-solve and be capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and driven team player
  • Flexibility to travel to other local branches is highly desirable.
