Customer Service Representative

This is a secure, full‑time Monday–Friday role, with optional weekend work available across the branch network.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will:

• Help customers find the right products and solutions (training provided)
• Assist with stock control and inventory management
• Support warehouse operations including picking and packing
• Operate a forklift (we’ll fund your licence and training if needed)
• Use internal systems to process orders and enquiries (full training provided)
• Deliver great counter service and support trade customers
• Build strong relationships with local tradies and technicians
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised workspace in line with WHS standards

• Experience in warehousing is preferable
• A forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one (company funded)
• A genuine passion for helping customers
• Customer service or retail experience (trade or technical environments highly regarded)
• Strong relationship‑building skills
• A practical mindset and willingness to learn new technical skills
• Confidence communicating with customers and teammates
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
