Think Local Search is a local SEO company that focus on building online presence for our clients in their local area's. We span across the globe with offices in the UK, Singapore, Canada, NZ & the US. This continued growth has created an opening for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual who will be responsible for managing new and existing client accounts. 

This Sydney based role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager and has breadth of opportunity and challenge.

The desired candidate is enthusiastic, passionate, articulate, resilient, and confident.

You should be an excellent relationship builder that thrives on working in a team environment and will develop a genuine interest in their client's business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Exceptional customer service to all clients

  • Responding in an efficient and professional manner to all clients

  • Management and first call resolution of customer concerns

  • Provide product information and assistance

  • Proactively maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers

To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional problem solving skills

  • Professional telephone manner and possess a high level of resilience

  • Proven ability to meet KPI's

Preferred Skills:

  • SalesForce or similar CRM knowledge

  • Basic knowledge of SEO (or be committed to learn)

  • Basic knowledge of PPC (or be committed to learn)

  • An appreciation / understanding of Sales

  • Customer Service Skills

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer enquiries

  • Record and modify customer information within the database

  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

  • Other duties as requested

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
