The Role

• Acting as the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries through to resolution
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Tracking deliveries and providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Providing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and reissuing invoices as required
• Managing and following up customer enquiries and complaints
• Processing customer service deviations within required timeframes
• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM data

About You
To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, customer-focused and possess exceptional attention to detail.
You will also bring:

• Previous experience in a customer service, order processing or logistics support role
• SAP experience (essential)
• Experience using CRM and order entry systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, positive and team-oriented approach
• Professional stakeholder management and complaint resolution skill
